Privacy Policy

8750.Studio, LLC (“8750.studio,” “we,” “us”) is a social entrepreneurship studio. We build and operate our own ventures, and we build internal software to run them. This policy covers this website and the internal tools we operate under the 8750.Studio umbrella.

Our consumer products publish their own policies covering the data they collect from their users. This policy does not replace those.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site. It records standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. We use it in aggregate to improve the site.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and maintain continuity in the conversation.

We operate internal software that publishes content to social media accounts that we ourselves own and control — including the Instagram accounts for our own ventures. These tools are not offered to the public, and no third party can connect their accounts to them.

When we authorize one of our own accounts, we store:

• The account’s platform user ID, username, and account type
• An access token that allows the tool to publish on that account’s behalf
• The content we schedule and publish, plus a log of publish attempts and their results

We use this only to schedule and publish our own marketing content to our own accounts. We do not use these permissions to read, collect, or store data belonging to other people — not followers, not commenters, not other accounts.

Access tokens are stored in access-controlled systems, are never shared with third parties, and are never used for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or transfer any data obtained through these platform APIs. Tokens are rotated on a regular schedule and revoked when no longer needed.

Where our tools use platform APIs — including the Instagram Platform — we handle that data in accordance with those platforms’ terms and developer policies.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run our systems, including hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information.

We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Access tokens are deleted when an integration is retired. Analytics data expires on our provider’s standard schedule.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@8750.studio. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

This site and our internal tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We update this policy as our systems change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
