User Data Deletion

How to request deletion of any data 8750.Studio, LLC holds about you, including data obtained through platform APIs.

What we hold

Our internal publishing tools operate only on social media accounts that 8750.Studio, LLC owns and controls. They do not collect or store data belonging to other people — not followers, not commenters, not other accounts. In most cases we therefore hold no personal data about visitors at all beyond aggregate website analytics.

If you have emailed us, we hold that correspondence. If you are an operator of one of our own accounts, we hold that account’s platform user ID, username, and an access token.

How to request deletion

Email hello@8750.studio with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • The email address, Instagram username, or other identifier the data would be associated with
  • A short description of what you want deleted

We may ask one follow-up question to verify the request comes from you. We do not require an account or a form.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will tell you what was deleted, and if anything must be retained for legal or accounting reasons, we will say so and explain why.

Deleting data obtained through a platform API also revokes the associated access token.

Revoking access yourself

If you authorized one of our tools on an Instagram account, you can revoke that access at any time from within Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Revoking access immediately stops any further API access.
